Returns

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, or items marked as non-returnable, are exempt from being returned.
Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
