Return and Refund Guidelines:

 

At Olfamily Pets, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We want to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers, so here's our refund policy:

Eligible Items for Return and Refund:

  • Unused and unopened pet food, treats, and unopened hygiene products (within 10 days of purchase)

  • Unopened pet supplies and accessories (within 10 days of purchase)

  • Inoperable or defective pet supplies and equipment (within 10 days of purchase)

  • Incorrectly shipped items (received different item than ordered)

  • Items with warranty (will be mentioned on item page)

Non-refundable Items:

  • Opened pet food, treats, and hygiene products

  • Used pet supplies and accessories

  • Special orders or custom-made items

  • Items purchased on clearance or promotion

  • Items without original receipt or proof of purchase

Processing a Return and Refund:

  • Contact Olfamily Pets within the specified timeframe mentioned above for each item category.

  • Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

  • Explain the reason for your return.

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

  • Return the item to our store.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued by bank transfer. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Additional Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchange items that are damaged, unsanitary, or not in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs for returned items are non-refundable unless the item was shipped incorrectly.
