Unused and unopened pet food, treats, and unopened hygiene products (within 10 days of purchase)

Incorrectly shipped items (received different item than ordered)

Non-refundable Items:

Opened pet food, treats, and hygiene products

Special orders or custom-made items

Items purchased on clearance or promotion

Items without original receipt or proof of purchase
Processing a Return and Refund:

Contact Olfamily Pets within the specified timeframe mentioned above for each item category.

Provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Explain the reason for your return.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.

Return the item to our store.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued by bank transfer. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
