Return and Refund Guidelines

At Olfamily Pets, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. We want to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our customers, so here's our refund policy:

Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to return an item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, or items marked as non-returnable, are exempt from being returned.

Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your bank account within 5-7 business days.

After-Sales Service

  • We provide after-sales support, including maintenance and availability of spare parts, as appropriate to the nature of the product.
